How many POS stations may I receive for free?

A merchant may receive 1 POS station per $10,000 in credit card processing volume. 

Is there warranty on the equipment?

Since the equipment is given for free, and it is our intention for you to use it, every POS system comes with warranty on all the equipment.

What is the pricing for additional kitchen printer (restaurant POS)?

Pricing for kitchen printers varies between $299 – $499 per device. Depending on the functionality required from the merchant. In many cases MagicPay is able to give the kitchen printer for free, depending on the situation.

What are the support hours?

Merchant support hours for payment processing is 24/7. For point-of-sale support, it is Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM EST.

How long would it take for me to receive the equipment?

Once we have all required documents on hand, it would take 24-48 hours to approve your account. Once approved, it would take 1-2 business days to setup your system and then we would ship the system. We use UPS Ground shipping, which typically would take 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping methods are available for extra charge.
